Product Description
Here is a motor speed sensor module, the major goal is to check the rate of an electric motor.
The module can be used in association with a microcontroller for motor speed detection, pulse count, position limit, etc.
In principle, any rate meter simply measures the rate at which some event occurs.
Usually this is done by counting the events for a given period of time (integration interval) and then simply dividing the number of events by the time to get the rate.
Technical Specifications:
Main Chip : LM393
Working voltage:3.3 V to 5 V
Output form: digital switch output (0 and 1)
Output: Covered, output high level; Without sunscreen, the output low level
PCB size: 32 mm x 14 mm/ 1.26″×0.55″
Mounting Hole Size : 3mm/ 0.12″
Slotted Width : 5mm/ 0.2″
Interface:
VCC: Connect the positive 3.3v-5v power supply
GND: Connect power negative
DO: TTL switch signal output
AO: This module does not work, The module do not have
HIGHLIGHTS: Comparator output, clean signal, good waveform, strong driving capability, more than 15mA.
STRONG ANTI-INTERFERENCE:The transmissive optical sensor used consists of an infrared light emitting diode and a phototransistor. This both prevents interference from stray external light sources and by having the two components matched for a specific frequency of radiation, they are even more immune to undesired interference.
EASY TO USE: The DO output interface can be directly connected to the IO port of the MCU to detect whether the sensor has a occlusion. If the motor code plate is used, the motor speed can be detected. The module DO can be connected to a relay to form a limit switch, or can be connected to the active buzzer module to form an alarm.
EASY INSTALLATION: 3mm fixed bolt holes for easy installation.
WIDELY APPLICATIONS: Widely used in motor speed detection, pulse counting, position limit, etc.
